Common questions
Should I repair or replace my flat roof?
If the damage is limited and the rest of the roof is sound, a repair often makes sense. Widespread blistering, many prior patches or saturated insulation usually point toward replacement. We’ll show you what we find.
EPDM or modified bitumen?
Both are common on NYC flat roofs. The better option depends on the building, roof traffic and budget — we’ll explain the tradeoffs.
Can you fix a leak in the winter?
Many repairs can be made in cold weather, and some temporary repairs can hold until conditions allow a permanent fix. Call us to talk through your situation.
